At DEFEND, our mission is to create a cyber resilient world-and we’re looking for a Reporting and Analytics Lead to shape the future of data-driven decision making at DEFEND.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nLead DEFEND’s Reporting and Analytics capability: you’ll be driving and implementing the design, development and continuous improvement of reporting, semantic models and analytical insights across the business.\nDeliver trusted insights: Design, develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models and analytical solutions that provide leaders with meaningful financial and operational insights.\nDrive business performance through analytics: Deliver insights that support forecasting, planning, performance management and strategic decision making across the organisation.\nShape our data future: Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to develop reports, insights and analytics that create business value and drive strategic decision making. \nRequirements\nThe skills & experience you will bring to DEFEND\nProven experience developing and managing reporting, business intelligence or analytics solutions.\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Power BI, Dataflows Gen2 and semantic models.\nExperience building financial, operational or commercial reporting and dashboard solutions.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.\nStrong understanding of data governance, validation, documentation and reporting controls.\nExperience with Power Query, DAX, SQL and modern data modelling practices.\nA continuous improvement mindset and a passion for simplifying complex problems through data.\nThe ability to manage competing priorities and operate successfully in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.\nExperience in finance, commercial reporting or technology-driven organisations will be highly regarded.\nBenefits\nAbout DEFEND:\nOur dream at DEFEND is to improve everyday life by creating a cyber resilient world.
