Other duties may be required and assigned.\nCoordinates the department's capacity, management, operations, and maintenance (CMOM) programs consistent with the requirements of state and federal laws and regulations.\nMonitors department compliance with state and federal regulations for the wastewater collection system, and county/departmental policies and procedures.\nDevelops and submits reports to the EPA and EPD on wastewater collection system compliance.\nActs as department liaison with regulatory agencies regarding CMOM programs and advises senior management of changes in state and federal regulations.\nEstablishes and tracks performance measures and key performance indicators for various activities and reporting requirements within the department.\nConfers with the Director and senior management to keep them informed on key issues, evaluates efficiencies of operational procedures and practices and makes recommendations for improvement.\nProvides support and technical expertise to management and staff to ensure departmental effectiveness and efficiency.\nManages inspection and compliance with wastewater collection system regulations and permits, including Fats, Oils, and Grease (FOG) Program.\nDevelops preventive maintenance plans and programs for the reduction of FOG in the wastewater collection system.\nReceives and investigates complaints and inquiries, prepares proper response for Director review, and refers matters as appropriate to other departments and agencies.\nDevelops training plans for Watershed Management employees regarding CMOM programs.\nAssists in sanitary sewer overflow investigations and prevention.\nReviews the adequacy of Watershed Management's wastewater collection system capacity management and assurance.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, Environmental Science, Biology, or other related discipline;
