This role offers the opportunity to influence technical quality standards, support colleagues and help deliver reliable workplace technology solutions for our customers.\nReview technical designs, schematics and project documentation.\nConfigure, integrate, test and commission professional AV/UC systems.\nIdentify technical risks and resolve integration challenges.\nTroubleshoot complex hardware, software, firmware and network-related issues.\nAct as a technical escalation point for engineering teams.\nMentor colleagues and share technical expertise.\nEnsure engineering, testing and documentation quality standards.\nSupport technical handovers to the Service team.\nWhat do I have to bring? My skills and experience:\nMust-Have Requirements\nSeveral years of experience in AV/UC engineering, integration and commissioning, ideally 5+ years.\nStrong knowledge of AV systems, DSP, control systems, networked AV, TCP/IP and troubleshooting.\nMBO+/HBO-level technical education in AV, IT, Electronics, Engineering or equivalent professional experience.\nProfessional English language skills (CEFR B2 or higher).\nWillingness to travel regularly within the Netherlands and Belgium, with occasional international travel.\nNice-to-Have Qualifications\nProfessional Dutch language skills (CEFR B2 or higher).\nAVIXA CTS, CTS-I or CTS-D certifications.\nManufacturer certifications such as Q-SYS, Crestron, Biamp, Extron, Cisco or Shure.\nExperience as a Senior Engineer, Technical Lead, mentor or escalation point.\nExperience in enterprise collaboration technologies, workplace technology or international AV projects.\nI understand AV/UC architectures, audio and video signal flow, DSP, control systems, video distribution and networked AV environments. I can translate technical designs into reliable, fully commissioned solutions and work confidently across customer-facing project environments.\nI am experienced in using Microsoft 365, AV/UC configuration and commissioning tools, technical documentation and network diagnostic tools.
