.NET Developer (m/f)\nLocation: Zagreb\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, implement, and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET Core / ASP.NET technologies\nBuild and maintain user interfaces and application functionalities using Razor / ASP.NET\nDesign, develop, and optimize backend logic, data flows, and integrations\nWork with SQL databases, including writing queries, optimizing performance, and maintaining existing data structures\nIntegrate applications with internal and external systems via APIs\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions\nDocument functionalities, technical solutions, and user requirements\nTest, troubleshoot, and optimize new and existing applications\nCollaborate with internal teams, clients, and end users\nParticipate in IT project planning, coordination, and progress tracking\nOrganize and participate in meetings with clients and internal stakeholders\nProvide training and support to users of implemented solutions\nIdentify opportunities to optimize business processes and propose improvements\n\nRequired Qualifications and Skills\nExperience developing full-stack web applications using .NET Core / ASP.NET technologies\nKnowledge of Razor Pages or similar technologies within the Microsoft web ecosystem\nGood knowledge of SQL and relational databases\nUnderstanding of API integrations, REST services, and data exchange between systems\nAbility to work across frontend, backend, database, and integration layers\nAbility to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions\nExcellent English language skills\nStrong analytical and communication skills\nOrganized, independent, and responsible approach to work\nTeam-oriented mindset and
