You will make sure the production lines run smoothly and daily productivity targets are achieved, and you will monitor the correct operation of the machines, dealing with technical issues immediately or escalating them where needed. You will also check that production, quality, hygiene and safety procedures are applied correctly, train, guide and support production staff, and keep production reports and shift records up to date. Along the way, you will uphold Health & Safety rules and promote a culture of safe working practices.\nWhat we're looking for\nDegree from a Technological Educational Institute (TEI) or a technical school\nAt least 3 years of experience in an industrial production environment\nExperience as a Production Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, Foreman or Production Coordinator would be a significant advantage\nGood knowledge of production processes and the application of safety rules\nAvailability to work in a 24/7 rotating shift schedule\nAbility to manage a team and communicate effectively\nLeadership skills and the ability to develop and motivate teams\nAbility to make decisions and solve problems in a demanding production environment\nAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities\nStrong organisational skills, a sense of responsibility and a results-oriented mindset\nBasic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)\nKnowledge of English\nBenefits\nThe company offers a competitive compensation package, private insurance, meal vouchers, and transportation to and from the plant.
