The role is part of the HQ-based PRODUCTS organization of Rittmeyer AG, which develops and maintains the central software and system solutions used across the Rittmeyer Group.\nFor our Client, we are looking for a:\nSoftware Quality Engineer (m/f)\nLocation of work: Zagreb (Sesvete)\n\nAbout the Position:\nQuality is more than testing-it starts with robust build and release processes, automated testing, and reliable CI/CD pipelines. If you're passionate about improving software quality through modern engineering practices and want to contribute to innovative industrial software solutions tailored to the needs of the water and energy industries, we'd love to hear from you.\n\nResponsibilities:\nContinuous improvement of our CI/CD, build and release processes\nDesigning and implementing automated testing strategies, including unit, UI and regression tests\nBuilding and maintaining a reliable test and staging environment to support high-quality installer-based software delivery in a Windows environment\nDefining best practices, maintaining technical documentation and contributing to sustainable knowledge transfer within the development organization\nSupporting the development of Client's SCADA product RITOP based on Siemens WinCC OA\nIdentifying opportunities to optimize development, testing and release workflows\nEvaluating and implementing Docker-based solutions for development and staging environments\n\nRequirements:\nCompleted studies in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a comparable technical qualification\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in Software Development, CI/CD, Build Engineering or Test Automation (Unit/Regression/UI)\nHands-on experience with CI/CD, automated testing, build & release management and modern version control systems (Git/Bitbucket)\nExperience with Docker;
