Test Engineer (m/f)\nLocation: Rijeka\nKey Responsibilities:\nCollaborate with project team members and other stakeholders to plan and coordinate testing activities\nDesign and prepare test cases based on requirements, specifications and planned features\nExecute manual tests according to test plans and defined test scenarios\nDevelop, maintain and execute automated test scripts to support functional and regression testing\nIntegrate and maintain automated tests as part of CI/CD pipelines\nDevelop test strategies and continuously improve verification and testing processes\nIdentify, document and track defects\nSupport development with troubleshooting and root-cause analysis\nPrepare test reports for each release summarizing test coverage, results, defects and overall test status\nIdentify efficient ways to test maintenance releases while maintaining the required level of quality\nBuild, maintain and improve the physical test lab and test environments\nEvaluate and experiment with new test methods, tools, and frameworks\nRequirements:\nBachelor of Science in computer or electrical engineering (or similar)\nGood understanding of testing practices such as acceptance testing, regression testing, sanity testing, API testing, integration testing with third-party systems, stress and performance testing (hands-on experience is a strong plus)\nPractical experience with any of the following is considered a strong advantage:\nTest automation and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Avocado or similar frameworks such as PyTest, Robot Framework, Cypress)\nTest management tools such as Jira Zephyr\nCI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins) and code quality tools (e.g. SonarQube)\nFamiliarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)\nExperience with version control systems, especially Git\nUnderstanding of networking technologies and IP telephony\nHands-on experience from development or test automation projects\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\nMaintain a positive and solution-oriented approach, providing open and honest feedback\nQuality-focused, systematic, and solution-oriented\nFluency in English, both spoken and
