People like you.\nWe are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Technical Manager to lead our technical team and support the growth of cybersecurity services in Japan.\nThis is a technical leadership role that connects clients, sales, and engineering. You will translate complex cybersecurity and compliance requirements into practical solutions, lead project delivery, and represent DEKRA in customer and industry-facing discussions.\nWhat we're looking for\n5+ years of experience in TIC, compliance services, or a related technical field\nSolid understanding of cybersecurity and product-security regulations/standards such as CRA, RED-DA, IEC 62443, ISO/SAE 21434, EN 303 645, or EN 18031\nStrong ability to translate client requirements into clear technical solutions, project scopes, and proposals\nConfident external communication skills - able to engage customers, senior stakeholders, seminars, and industry organizations\nJapanese at native/near-native level (JLPT N1) and English at TOEIC 860+ or equivalent\nPreferred\nPossession of project management or cybersecurity certifications (e.g., OSCP, CISSP, or CEH) is a distinct advantage.\nExperience in developing technical proposals, cost estimation, and managing project profitability (P&L awareness).\nLocation: Yokohama, Japan\nManagement Duty：3-4 direct reports\nIf you enjoy leading technical teams, communicating across technical and business audiences, and helping clients navigate evolving cybersecurity requirements, we'd be glad to hear from you.\nAt DEKRA we value your unique experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds.
