Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.\nA Day in the Life and the Impact You’ll Make:\nThe Validation Engineer is responsible for performing testing and evaluation on a variety of products to the provisions of client-provided or other national, international, or industry-specific performance and durability standards or U.S., Canadian and other international product safety standards; writing reports; and communicating with clients.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nExecute validation tests using NI test stand, LabVIEW, ETAS INCA, or other test monitoring programs.\n\nWork on Control Modules or ADAS systems.\n\nCreate, interpret, and lead DVPR activities.\n\nApply problem-solving methods such as Fishbone, Shanin Red X, and FMEA.\n\nRead, analyze, and interpret complex documents and schematics\n\nWhat You Bring:\nB.E. degree in Electrical, Computer, or Automotive Engineering.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in an automotive supplier or OEM environment.\nKnowledge of electronic components such as microcontrollers, capacitors, and inductors.\nKnowledge of electronic communications including Ethernet, CAN, and LIN.\nProficiency in programming languages such as Java and Python.\nComputer literacy in MS Office Suite (ECDL).\nValidation experience with knowledge of test and validation methods.\nKnowledge of accelerated life testing\nPhysical Considerations:\nMust be able to work in a variety of client locations, environments, and conditions.
