People like you.\nIn un’ottica di potenziamento del work team della divisione Business Assurance & Certification Assessment, specializzata nella Certificazione delle Competenze, nella Certificazione dei Sistemi di Gestione Aziendale e nelle ispezioni industriali, siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire nel nostro organico.\nLa risorsa entrerà a far parte di un team dinamico e altamente specializzato, con l’obiettivo di garantire il massimo livello di qualità e conformità dei sistemi di gestione aziendale dei clienti.\nLa risorsa riporterà all’Operation Manager e si occuperà delle seguenti attività primarie in modo autonomo e con un crescente grado di responsabilità:\nEseguire audit tecnici in conformità agli standard ISO 9001, ISO 45001 e ISO 14001, in particolare nei settori industriale, manifatturiero, edilizio, meccanico e impiantistico;\nRichiedere la documentazione tecnica necessaria per lo svolgimento dell'audit;\nMantenere aggiornata la documentazione relativa all'esperienza/qualifica acquisita;\nMantenere l'aggiornamento su schemi/tecniche di audit;\nSvolgere le attività in conformità ai requisiti stabiliti nelle procedure, nelle istruzioni e in altra documentazione a supporto;\nCondurre corsi di formazione nell'ambito della propria specializzazione;\nAssistere nello sviluppo di materiale tecnico e documentazione;\nAssistere nelle attività di approvazione tecnica ed emissione dei certificati;\nAssistere nelle attività di gestione degli schemi di accreditamento in ambito sistemi di gestione nei confronti degli Enti di Accreditamento Nazionali.\nLa risorsa, che entrerà a far parte del Team, avrà la possibilità di operare in contesti diversificati e stimolanti, collaborando con realtà industriali rilevanti e partecipando in prima persona alla promozione della cultura della qualità, della sostenibilità e della sicurezza.\nREQUISITI MINIMI\nLaurea triennale/magistrale o diploma tecnico-scientifico.\nAlmeno 3-5 anni di esperienza in attività di audit (Lead Auditor III parte ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001) per conto di Organismi di , verifica e certificazione e/o consulenza aziendale nell’ambito degli standard.\nEsperienza maturata nei settori aziendali: edilizio, meccanico, impiantistico e servizi.\nEssere in possesso di certificazioni del personale come Lead auditor riconosciute da Enti accreditati (es: AICQ-SICEV, CEPAS, KHC).\nConoscenza specifica di norme del settore Information Technology come ISO 27001 o in ambito ESG, Etico-sociale come UNI/PdR 125 o PAS24000 o SA8000, Carbon foot-print (ISO 14064-14067).\nBuona conoscenza della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata.\nDisponibilità a trasferte.\nREQUISITI PREFERENZIALI\nLaurea discipline Tecniche\nProattività e flessibilità\nCapacità di lavoro in team\nConoscenza approfondita dell’inglese\nEssere in possesso di certificazioni delle competenze come Lead auditor rilasciate da Enti accreditati.\nBENEFIT E KIT ICT\nTicket restaurant\nConvenzioni aziendali\nAuto aziendale\nPossibilità di usufruire dello smart working\nKIT ICT: PC e Telefono\nDEKRA Italia is committed to embracing diversity and creating an inclusive work environment by valuing the uniqueness of people regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, or disabilities as protected by Italian Law (L.68/99).
