People like you.\nLa risorsa entrerà a far parte del team DEKRA supportando la realizzazione di progetti specialistici per clienti nazionali e internazionali. La figura avrà un ruolo di riferimento tecnico, contribuendo sia all'erogazione dei servizi di consulenza, sia alla crescita professionale delle risorse più junior attraverso attività di coordinamento, coaching e mentoring. Si occuperà della definizione degli scopi di progetto, della preparazione delle specifiche tecniche, della pianificazione delle attività, della stima delle tempistiche e della gestione delle commesse fino alla loro completa esecuzione, operando sia presso la sede aziendale sia presso i siti dei clienti.\nLa risorsa si occuperà di:\nGestire in autonomia progetti di diversa complessità nell'ambito della sicurezza di processo\nCondurre e coordinare studi specialistici quali: HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study), LOPA (Layer of Protection Analysis), QRA (Quantitative Risk Assessment), Valutazioni del rischio esplosione ATEX, Dust Hazard Analysis (DHA), analisi dei rischi associati a reazioni chimiche\nGestire l'intero ciclo di vita della commessa: definizione dei requisiti tecnici, sviluppo degli studi, verifica e approvazione secondo gli standard aziendali\nSupportare la formazione, lo sviluppo tecnico e la crescita professionale delle risorse junior\nCollaborare con colleghi delle sedi italiane ed estere per garantire l'allineamento metodologico e qualitativo delle valutazioni\nErogare corsi di formazione e workshop tecnici presso i clienti\nPartecipare in qualità di relatore a congressi, conferenze ed eventi tecnici nazionali e internazionali\nSupportare attività di business development e identificazione di nuove opportunità progettuali presso clienti esistenti e potenziali\nREQUISITI MINIMI\nLaurea in Ingegneria Chimica e/o Sicurezza Industriale\nEsperienza da 5 a 10 anni nel settore Process Safety\nOttima conoscenza della lingua inglese in ambito professionale\nBuona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, Matlab e Visual Basic\nApprofondita conoscenza dei processi chimici, petrolchimici e farmaceutici\nEccellente conoscenza delle metodologie e degli strumenti di analisi del rischio (HAZOP, QRA)\nDisponibilità a trasferte in Italia e all’estero\nSpiccate capacità comunicative e analitiche\nCapacità di interagire efficacemente con gli stakeholder\nProblem solving\nREQUISITI PREFERENZIALI\nCapacità decisionali\nInteresse per i processi chimici\nAdattabilità\nCapacità di mentoring\nConoscenza di ulteriori lingue straniere\nBENEFIT E KIT ICT\nTicket restaurant\nSmart working: 2 giorni alla settimana\nKIT ICT: laptop e smartphone\nDEKRA Italia is committed to embracing diversity and creating an inclusive work environment by valuing the uniqueness of people regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, or disabilities as protected by Italian Law (L.68/99).
