This position provides both Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support, ranging from troubleshooting and end-user assistance to resolving complex technical issues and escalated problems. The Systems Administrator also provides technical guidance to Tier 1 personnel and collaborates with the Sr. Systems Engineer on infrastructure troubleshooting, system improvements, and IT projects across Del Papa Distributing locations.\nQualifications\nEssential Tasks:\nProvides Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support, including routine troubleshooting, complex technical issues, and escalated problems involving computers, mobile devices, software, printers, network connectivity, and other IT systems. \nInstall, configure, maintain, and support company computers, mobile devices, peripherals, and endpoint management systems, including Microsoft Intune, and NinjaOne. \nManage device deployments, software updates, security patches, equipment inventory, and replacements. \nAdminister and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID, including user accounts, permissions, and authentication. \nMaintain endpoint security, investigate potential vulnerabilities, and escalate suspected incidents. \nTroubleshoot network connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, and business application issues, coordinating with vendors or senior IT personnel as needed. \nProvides technical guidance to Level 1 support personnel and maintains accurate support tickets and technical documentation. \nAssist with IT projects, system upgrades, implementations, and preventative maintenance, including monthly onsite visits to company locations. \nParticipate in a rotating on-call schedule for after hours technical support, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays. \nFollow company security policies, operating procedures, and safety standards. \nPerforms other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support departmental and business needs \nExperiential and skill requirements:\n3+ Years of IT support, system administration, or related experience preferred, including Tier 2 technical support.\nRelevant CompTIA or Microsoft certifications preferred.\nExperience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, endpoint management tools, and IT security practices.\nWorking knowledge of networking, including; TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and Wi-Fi. \nBasic knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.\nStrong troubleshooting, problem solving, communication, customer service, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.\nAbility to work a flexible rotating schedule.\nEducational requirements:\nHigh school degree or equivalent required;
