external partners\nKey Responsibilities:\nEnsure all transactions are recorded accurately, timely, and completely, in accordance with GAAP and using Quick Books Online and Intacct:\n\nCash/ Bank reconciliations\n\nAccounts Payable/ Expenses\n\nTreasury and Disbursements\n\nAccounts Receivable/ Revenue\n\nPayroll, Benefits and Compliance\n\nInventory and COGS\n\nTax returns and Compliance\n\nRecord and reconcile daily sales from online platforms to revenue per US GAAP\n\nReconcile payment gateways and credit card processors to match bank activity\n\nProcess vendor invoices, verifying purchase orders, and scheduling payments\n\nHandle accounts receivable, customer refunds, and chargeback reconciliation\n\nPrepare monthly bank, credit card, and merchant account reconciliations\n\nProcess payroll, maintain accurate payroll records, tax filings, and benefits deductions\n\nMonitor cash flow and prepare periodic cash position reports for management\n\nPrepare and file sales tax returns across multiple states or jurisdictions\n\nTimely preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports\n\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to management\n\nLiaise with external CPA or tax preparer for quarterly and year-end filings\n\nMaintain accurate inventory valuation and cost-of-goods-sold reporting\n\nEnsure compliance with GAAP standards and internal accounting controls\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve accounting processes and automate tasks\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)\n\n3-5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience\n\nStrong proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Intacct and Excel/Google Sheets\n\nExcellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management\n\nAbility to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment\n\nAbility to work in U.S. hours (Pacific Time)\n\nKey Attributes for Success\nExcellent
