This role requires an in-depth understanding of complex, construction, Department of Energy (DOE) regulations, and the unique estimating challenges of the nuclear security enterprise\n Basic Job Requirements\n Must be a U.S. Citizen. \nMust have a working knowledge of Federal (including Department of Energy Orders), State, and Local codes and standards applicable to project controlsA minimum of 20 years+ of progressively responsible experience in cost estimating and/or project controls for large, complex industrial or heavy construction projects, with significant experience in the nuclear or defense sector\nA Bachelor's Degree: IN Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
