This role will lead the evaluation, selection, implementation, and operationalization of AI security capabilities designed to protect client from emerging AI-enabled threats while enabling the secure adoption of AI technologies across the enterprise.\nThe successful candidate will serve as the primary technical authority for the program, working closely with Cybersecurity, Architecture, Infrastructure, Cloud, Development, Data, and Operations teams. This is a technical leadership role and is not a project management position.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProgram Technical Leadership\nProvide technical leadership across all AI Cybersecurity Program workstreams.\nDefine and validate technical requirements, use cases, architecture principles, and solution designs.\nEvaluate and recommend AI security technologies, products, and vendors.\nEnsure solutions align with Client security standards, architecture principles, and operational requirements.\nSolution Selection & Implementation\nLead technical assessments, proof-of-concepts, vendor demonstrations, and technology evaluations.\nSupport selection and deployment of capabilities including:AI Detection & Response\nAI activity monitoring and governance\nVulnerability management automation (incl. Automated patching)\nAI threat detection and response\nAI evasion in videoconferencing technologies\nSecure browser technologies\nPassword management solutions\n\nArchitecture & Integration\nPartner with Enterprise Architecture and Digital teams to ensure business and technical requirements are met.\nGuide technical integrations and configuration of selected tools and existing security tools\nTransition to Operations\nCoordinate Transition to Operations (TTO) activities across support teams.\nEnsure operational processes, documentation, monitoring, and support requirements are established before production deployment.\nWork with communications teams to ensure technical details in end user notification and training materials are understood.\nWork closely with managed service providers and operational teams to ensure successful adoption.\nGovernance & Oversight\nProvide ongoing governance and oversight of deployed solutions.\nMonitor solution effectiveness and operational outcomes.\nDrive continuous improvement and optimization activities throughout the contract term.\nQualifications\n10+ years of cybersecurity experience.\n5+ years in a technical lead, security architect, or cybersecurity engineering leadership role.\nExperience with enterprise security tool selection and implementation.\nStrong knowledge of common security tools with experience in Microsoft, Crowdstrike preferred.\nExperience working with large-scale cybersecurity transformation programs.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication
