and construction projects from planning through completion.\nMonitor contractor and vendor productivity, schedule adherence, work quality, and safety performance.\nParticipate in field inspections, site walkdowns, and project reviews to validate work execution and constructability.\nEnsure completed work meets design specifications, project requirements, and quality standards.\nAssist with project budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.\nReview contractor invoices and payment applications for accuracy and completeness.\nCoordinate activities among engineering, construction, procurement, safety, environmental, and operations teams.\nIdentify, track, and resolve project risks, issues, and schedule impacts.\nSupport scope management, contract administration, and change management activities.\nDevelop and analyze project performance metrics, financial data, and operational reports.\nInterface with landowners, permitting agencies, local governments, regulatory organizations, and community stakeholders.\nPromote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.\nProvide regular project status updates to leadership and project stakeholders.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Land Surveying, or a related field.\n6+ years of experience managing construction, infrastructure, utility, industrial, or renewable energy projects.\nExperience coordinating contractors, subcontractors, and vendors throughout project execution.\nStrong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and project controls.\nExperience evaluating project performance, productivity, quality, and safety metrics.\nStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar project management software.\nAbility to analyze project data and provide recommendations to support project objectives.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP Certification.\nExperience supporting solar, wind, transmission, substation, battery storage, or other renewable energy projects.\nKnowledge of construction management processes, field operations, and contractor oversight.\nExperience working with permitting agencies, local municipalities, and regulatory
