It’s a build-from-scratch engine for products that matter, because every hero needs a superhero.\n\nHow You’ll Make an Impact:\n\nBuild and evolve CI/CD pipelines from the ground up, enabling rapid, reliable delivery of new products in the public cloud.\n\nOwn the infrastructure lifecycle end-to-end – from initial architecture and provisioning to scaling and optimization – using automation-first principles.\n\nDesign and operate cloud-native, distributed systems, leveraging Kubernetes to ensure resilience, scalability, and fast iteration as products grow.\n\nSet up and drive real-time data capabilities using Apache Kafka, enabling new products to process and react to business-critical data streams from day one.\n\nEstablish consistent, scalable configuration management practices across services and environments, ensuring every new product starts with a solid foundation.\n\nImplement observability as a core feature – building logging, monitoring, and alerting systems that provide immediate insight and support rapid decision-making.\n\nContinuously improve delivery speed, system reliability, and developer experience, removing friction and enabling teams to move from idea to production with minimal overhead.\n\nCollaborate closely with product and engineering teams during early-stage builds, shaping infrastructure and platform decisions that directly impact product success.\n\nEmployees may be required to participate in an on-call rotation, ensuring availability outside regular working hours to respond to urgent issues as needed as per the On call policy.\n\nWho You Are:\n\nTechnical Expertise: Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Packer, and Ansible.\n\nCI/CD Knowledge: Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and tools, including Git, Jenkins, and Microsoft Teams.\n\nApache Kafka Expertise: Proven experience with Apache Kafka, including cluster management, topic configuration, Kafka Connect, Schema Registry, and a strong understanding of data streaming concepts.\n\nCloud Experience: Hands-on experience with Google Cloud.\n\nOS & Networking: Strong knowledge of Linux/UNIX operating systems and networking fundamentals.\n\nScripting Skills: Skilled in scripting with Python and Bash.\n\nManagement Processes: Knowledge of Change Management and Release Management best practices.\n\nProblem-Solving: Exceptional troubleshooting abilities, with a proactive and analytical approach.\n\nTeam Qualities: Highly motivated, responsible, dynamic, and an effective team player.\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\nWe’re not just about work, we are about creating a great place to grow, connect, and enjoy the journey.
