The role supports timely action, audit readiness, compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and accurate reporting to branch leadership.\nThis person will be responsible for:\nMaintain trackers for performer submissions, deliverables, milestones, invoices, deadlines, and other award requirements.\nMaintain calendars and deadline trackers and send reminders to COR Services staff for required actions.\nPrepare summary reports of upcoming, completed, and overdue actions.\nReview award files for required documentation and support documentation reviews across contracts, Other Transaction Agreements, and Cooperative Agreements.\nSupport compliance monitoring, internal reviews, and audit-readiness activities.\nTrack training compliance for COR Services staff and maintain logs of certifications, training, and mandatory updates.\nAssist with internal-control reviews and operational data analysis.\nSupport workload-distribution tracking and internal metrics reporting.\nPrepare data summaries and trend reports for leadership.\nMonitor COR Services inboxes and Teams channels for time-sensitive items and escalate urgent matters to COR Services leadership.\nSupport routine, non-directional coordination with award performers, vendors, and other external stakeholders as assigned.\nProtect government information, data, and equipment and follow applicable security, privacy, records, and information-handling requirements.\nRequirements\nAt least 3 years of experience in acquisition, compliance, or award administration.\nExperience supporting statutory and regulatory documentation requirements.\nAbility to support internal-control reviews and audit-preparation activities.\nStrong organization, analytical judgment, attention to detail, written communication, and follow-through.\nPreferred qualifications\nExperience supporting federal contracts, Other Transaction Agreements, Cooperative Agreements, or related federal acquisition and assistance programs.\nExperience with tracking systems, document repositories, shared drives, email, Teams, and reporting tools.\nExperience working with award files, deliverable reviews, invoice tracking, compliance records, or audit-readiness activities.\nActive Public Trust \nPerformance expectations\nMaintain accurate trackers and summaries with few recurring errors.\nComplete routine actions within one business day unless otherwise stated.\nIssue deadline and deliverable reminders at least five business days before due dates.\nMonitor COR Services inboxes and Teams channels daily.\nSupport weekly deliverable and milestone tracking, monthly internal-control file reviews, and monthly or as-requested summary reporting.\nEscalate urgent matters to COR Services leadership within two business hours.\nBenefits\nBenefits Include:\nCovers 100% of employee benefit premiums, including Medical (PPO or HDHP Option), Vision, Dental\nMatching 401K\nShort- and Long-Term Disability\nPet Insurance\nProfessional Development/Education Reimbursement\nParking and Transit Benefits for NY, NJ, ATL, and DC Metro areas\nOther Duties:\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
