We are a call center that works remotely (Oklahoma, Idaho, Texas, Kansas & Utah residents ONLY). Our representatives call interested prospects on behalf of other companies and help qualify prospects. You will be expected to follow a script & pre-established guidelines are in place to help you do this.\nThis position requires a minimum of 20 hours per week with a consistent schedule and is compensated at $10 per hour.\nRequired Equipment for Remote Work:\nComputer (Not a Chromebook or tablet)\nPhone (cellphone or landline)\nHeadset, Earbuds, or Headset WITH mic\nInternet (Ethernet cord, adapter, or wi-fi booster is required) \nMouse for computer (Not a trackpad) \nResponsibilities:\nFollow proper technical procedures utilizing computer and telephone equipment to contact or transfer prospects to generate a qualified lead base to meet client expectations.\nProfessionally greet prospects by speaking clearly and listening effectively.\nRead from and adhere to script procedures as established by the client, which may involve a rigid verbatim script.\nMaintain acceptable level of quality assurance scores.\nAccurately log qualified leads/sales following proper documentation and reporting procedures.\nSuccessfully qualify leads by verifying all required information according to client and company guidelines ensuring a fully compliant lead.\nComply with all federal, state, client, and company rules, regulations, and procedures.\nProvide excellent customer service by always maintaining professionalism.\nMaintain a positive attitude towards prospects, co-workers, and all levels of management.\nMulti-tasking the essential job functions by reading, typing, speaking, and maneuvering through multiple web forms/screens/browser tabs simultaneously.\nMaintain acceptable attendance according to policy.\nBe able to adapt readily to changes in scripting, campaign procedures, policies, and any other requirements associated with the job\nRequirements\nStrong communication skills using professional language/grammar and being able to speak clearly and audibly.\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as operating instructions, web forms, and procedure manuals both on and off the computer as well as on paper.\nGood computer and keyboarding skills.\nProfessional\nAbility to work individually and as part of a team\nSkills:\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals & work instructions.\nAbility to write routine correspondence.\nAbility to speak and communicate clearly using good grammar with prospects, co-workers, and all levels of management.\nThis position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic customer service environment, utilizing your communication skills to assist customers effectively.
