If you enjoy solving complex problems, partnering with stakeholders and delivering scalable data solutions that drive business performance, then read on.\nWhat you'll be doingDesign, build and maintain Microsoft Fabric pipelines, Dataflows, Lakehouse objects and data ingestion processes.\nDevelop, maintain and support semantic models and Power BI solutions that enable trusted, self-service analytics.\nMonitor, troubleshoot and optimise Fabric workloads, improving performance, reliability and scalability across the platform.\nWork with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into practical data solutions and actionable insights.\nSupport strong data governance practices through documentation, metadata management, data quality controls and data lineage.\nContribute to business process improvements and the continuous enhancement of Delegat's data and analytics capability.\nProvide operational support and technical expertise for assigned data and analytics platforms.\nHelp improve the accessibility, quality and use of data across the organisation.\nWork equally comfortably on new development and ongoing support, ensuring our data environment remains reliable, well governed and fit for purpose.\nWhat you'll bring3-5+ years' experience in a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, BI Developer, Reporting Analyst or Data Analyst role.\nStrong SQL skills and experience working with modern cloud-based data platforms.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including pipelines, Dataflows, Lakehouse architecture and semantic models.\nStrong Power BI development and data modelling capabilities.\nExperience translating business requirements into scalable data and analytics solutions.\nExperience monitoring, supporting and improving production data environments.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.\nA continuous improvement mindset, taking ownership of outcomes and adapting based on feedback.\nExperience with Python and/or PySpark would be advantageous.\nExperience with Power Platform technologies, including Power Automate and low-code solutions, would be beneficial.\nExposure to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), Azure technologies, or ML/AI solutions would be advantageous.\nExperience in FMCG, manufacturing, sales or distribution environments would be beneficial.\nWhy join us?At Delegat, you'll be part of a collaborative and high-performing team that is investing in modern cloud-based data and analytics capabilities.
