In this role, you will support day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, invoice management, client billing, collections, financial record maintenance, and transaction processing.\nYou will work closely with clients, vendors, internal departments, and the accounting team to ensure accurate financial records, timely processing of transactions, and efficient resolution of accounting-related issues.\nREQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES\nDetail-Oriented & Organized: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple accounting tasks while maintaining accuracy.\nAnalytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and support financial accuracy through critical thinking.\nClear & Professional Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills when working with clients, vendors, and internal teams.\nIndependent & Reliable: Self-motivated, accountable, and capable of managing responsibilities with minimal supervision in a remote work environment.\nAccounting Expertise: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, with hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and financial reporting.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nAccounts Payable\nEnter all invoices into Syncore system and/or QuickBooks \nPrepare weekly check runs based on cash flow\nAccounts Receivable\nInvoice all clients upon order completion \nMake collection contacts on a routine basis \nIssue past-due notices and statements \nRoyalty entry and submissions \nAssist with year-end financial statements \nEnsure efficient and accurate posting of transactions \nAny other tasks assigned by the Executive Team\nWHAT WE LOOK FOR\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. \nExperience: 3-5 years of General Accounting experience or equivalent. \nLanguage Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. \nWorking schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. \nTechnical Skills:Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software. \nStrong working knowledge using Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc. \nProficiency in using accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks.
