Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.\nREQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES\nHighly proficient communicator in both spoken and written English \nWell-structured and well organized \nPossesses strong multi-tasking and prioritization skill sets \nExtremely detail-oriented \nHave a proven history of meeting deadlines \nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nSupport Customer Projects from Start to Finish\nAssist with coordinating customer projects throughout the sales and fulfillment lifecycle.\nHelp ensure project milestones, deliverables, and timelines remain on track.\nParticipate in customer meetings, document key action items, and support follow-up activities.\nProvide responsive and professional communication to customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.\nEscalate risks, delays, or issues when appropriate to ensure smooth project execution.\nAssist with Quoting and Order Management\nSupport the preparation and revision of customer quotes.\nCoordinate vendor pricing requests and track RFQs.\nAssist with purchase order processing and order tracking.\nVerify product availability, lead times, and pricing information before customer submission.\nMaintain organized records of quotes, orders, and project documentation.\nCoordinate with Vendors and Suppliers\nCommunicate with vendors regarding pricing, product specifications, availability, and delivery schedules.\nFollow up on open orders and proactively monitor fulfillment status.\nAssist in resolving vendor-related issues that may impact customer timelines.\nMaintain documentation related to project requirements, product information, and customer standards.\nMaintain CRM and Project Documentation\nKeep customer, quote, and project information updated in Method CRM.\nSupport reporting efforts by tracking project activity, order status, and customer updates.\nHelp maintain accurate records and ensure visibility across stakeholders.\nContribute ideas that improve team processes and operational efficiency.\nWHAT WE LOOK FOR\nEducation: College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field. \nExperience: 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, sales support, operations, logistics, customer success, or a related field.\nHighly organized and able to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously. \nRelevant training and/or certifications as an Assistant Project Manager. \nLanguage Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. \nWorking schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hour\n Technical Skills: Experience in data center infrastructure, telecommunications, low-voltage systems, IT hardware, construction supply, or related industries.\nExperience with Method CRM, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams), SharePoint and Slack\n Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:\nExposure to quoting, procurement, fulfillment, or vendor management processes.\nFamiliarity with Bills of Materials (BOMs), RFQs, purchase orders, or supply chain coordination.\nExperience supporting customer-facing projects in a product-based environment.\nRole Details\nSalary Range: 48,000 \n Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (USA) \nJob Type: Full-time \n Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA) \n#DCXWorkFromHome Set-up\nBENEFITS OF WORKING WITH US\nIndustry-leading salary packages\nPermanent work-from-home setup\nCompany equipment provided\nGovernment Mandated Benefits Employer Share\nInternet stipends upon regularization\nHMO Coverage upon regularization (with an option to enroll as early as Day 1)\nPTO credits and service incentive leaves\nMajor spring and winter company live events\nMonthly employee appreciation virtual events\nCompany-provided career skills training courses\nA company culture focused on your personal and professional growth\n About DCX\nDCX is a leading BPO that supports growth minded small and medium sized businesses in the United States.
