In this role, you will support the company's accounting operations by processing vendor and subcontractor invoices, matching purchase orders, managing backcharges, and supporting builder billing and collections. You will play a key role in keeping financial records accurate, resolving invoice discrepancies, and making sure vendors, subcontractors, and builders are billed and paid correctly and on time.\nREQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES\nOrganizational & Time Management - Manages multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines effectively.\nAttention to Detail - Maintains a high level of accuracy in all financial records and reports.\nCommunication Skills - Communicates clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams.\nProblem Solving & Analysis - Identifies discrepancies and resolves financial issues efficiently.\nAccounting Knowledge - Strong understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and procedures.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nBuilder Billing and Work Done\nPrepare and manage requests for extra work quotes involving EPO/VPO.\nFollow up on overdue builder invoices to support timely payment collection.\nHandle disputes related to builder invoices, EPOs, and VPOs.\nProcess builder payments\nVendor and Subcontractor Invoice Processing\nProcess all vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.\nProcess subcontractor invoices and ensure proper documentation.\nUpload purchase orders and perform EPO/VPO matching.\nUpload plans and plot plans as required.\nProcess and manage subcontractor backcharges.\nProcess and manage vendor backcharges.\nProcess and manage builder backcharges.\nWHAT WE LOOK FOR\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A post-secondary degree or certificate related to accounting may also be considered.\nExperience: 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in accounts payable, billing, or invoice processing.
