Effective at working with cross-functional teams, building strong relationships, and fostering a cooperative work environment. \nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nContent Creation and Management\nDevelop and manage content for social media channels, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging. \nCreate and update content for the company intranet, keeping employees informed and engaged. \nDraft and send out email communications, including newsletters and announcements. \nProduce printed materials such as brochures, flyers, and reports to support various company initiatives. \nDevelop and produce podcast content that highlights DCX's people, culture, expertise, and stories while strengthening brand equity and engagement among employees, clients, job seekers, and the broader community.\nReputation Enhancement and Event Coordination: Actively seeks opportunities to enhance the company's reputation and coordinates publicity events as needed to promote DCX effectively. \nProficiency in Design and Publishing Software: Skilled in using design and publishing software to create high-quality, visually appealing communication materials. \nResearch and Writing\nConduct research to gather relevant information for communication materials. \nWrite clear, compelling, and accurate content tailored to different audiences. \nEdit and proofread materials to ensure high-quality communication outputs. \nStrategic Communication Planning and Implementation\nCollaborate with different departments to understand their communication needs and objectives. \nDevelop and implement communication strategies that align with DCX's goals and values. \nMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns, make adjustments as needed. \nSupervises the Overall Flow of Information: Ensures that all internal and external communications are consistent, accurate, and align with DCX's messaging and brand guidelines. \nImplements Communication Policies and Procedures: Develops, enforces, and updates communication policies and procedures to maintain high standards and coherence in all communications. \nMonitor and Report Performance/Analytics: Tracks and analyze web, email, and social media metrics, providing detailed reports to management to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns. \nBrand Management:\nEnsure all communications are consistent with DCX's brand guidelines and tone of voice. \nMaintain and enhance the company's reputation through effective communication practices. \nCrisis Communication:\nPrepare and manage communication plans for potential crises. \nRespond promptly and effectively to any communication challenges that may arise. \nWHAT WE LOOK FOR\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field. \nExperience: Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in a communications role. \nLanguage Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.\nWorking schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.\nTechnical Skills: Proficient in desktop publishing software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and other design tools. \nSkilled in video production and editing, with the ability to create engaging multimedia content. \nProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly SharePoint, as well as content management systems and social media platforms. \nIndustry Specific Software/Knowledge:\nExperienced in consistent social media content creation, coordinating graphics, and managing social media accounts. \nWHAT WE OFFER\nSalary Range: PHP 35,000 -
