This provides exposure to different industries and supports development toward client-facing roles.\nREQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES\nStrong learning agility - ability to quickly understand new tools, workflows, and digital processes.\n\nAnalytical and structured thinking - capable of interpreting information, following structured processes, and solving basic operational problems.\n\nHigh attention to accuracy and quality - careful in reviewing information, identifying errors, and ensuring work meets professional standards.\n\nDigital readiness - comfortable working with productivity tools and online platforms commonly used in e-commerce operations.\n\nProfessional discipline - able to follow instructions, manage tasks independently, and maintain accountability in a remote work environment.\n\nEffective communication skills - able to clearly convey ideas, follow written and verbal instructions, and interact professionally with clients and team members.\n\nWHAT YOUWILLDO\nProfiles and prospects of the client’s non-targeted customer base group through quality, relevant outbound phone calls.\n\nSources new opportunities through outbound calls and effective use of available marketing tools and resources.\n\nEffectively uses probing skills to develop and continuously update customer profiles in CRM.\n\nIdentifies and reports trends in the Promotional Product Industry.\n\nProvides customers with information about styles, inventory, pricing, back-orders, discontinued items, shipping dates, specials, policies, and procedures by phone, email, and web.\n\nPerforms other tasks analogous to the foregoing.\n\nWHAT WE LOOK FOR\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration,or any related field.\n\nExperience: 1-2 years of direct Promotional, E-Commerce, or other similar experience.\n\nLanguage Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.\n\nWorking schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.\n\nTechnical Skills:\n\nProficient in Microsoft and Google applications; basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva is a plus\n\nBasic Excel skills (simple formulas) and the ability to create clear PowerPoint presentations\n\nAbility to perform basic arithmetic (costing and pricing)\n\nStrong attention to detail in reviewing and validating data/content\n\nAble to interpret written instructions and execute tasks with minimal supervision\n\nBasic understanding of e-commerce workflows (product listings, store setup, optimization, and SEO fundamentals)\n\nSoft Skills\n\nStrong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey ideas, follow instructions, and interact professionally with clients and team members.\n\nDemonstrates customer orientation and the ability to adapt to different personalities.
