You will manage and monitor the brands on the e-commerce platform and collaborate with external partners.\nREQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail \nA highly proficient communicator in both spoken and written English \nStrong organizational and time management skills \nSuperior project follow-through ensuring timely completion \nFamiliarity with web-based applications \nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nBuild web stores with functionality that supports the client’s needs. \nKeep web stores updated with pricing, product maintenance, and graphics, and understand how each store types of invoices to the customers. \nOversee and update existing customer e-commerce sites based on input from an online ticketing request system. \nReview landing pages, product details, checkout processes, and all other vital e-commerce website elements for visual appeal, accuracy, and user-friendliness. \nCollaborate with integrated partners to coordinate the integration and testing of templates and products on external systems. \nManage project timelines for e-commerce site builds and adhere to service-level agreements for site maintenance requests. \nCoordinate the production of orders and ensure timely communication with suppliers about orders using an e-commerce platform. \nProvide administrative and project support for a variety of e-commerce projects. \nAd hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above. \nWHAT WE LOOK FOR\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field. \nExperience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or order management role. \nLanguage Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. \nWorking schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. \nTechnical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications.
