You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.\nThe daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, the ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.\nREQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES\nDemonstrate graphic design skills with a strong portfolio \nAble to give and receive constructive criticism \nHighly organized \nComfortable producing higher volumes of work \nA keen eye for aesthetics \nPossess strong attention to detail \nEffective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nGraphic Design\nCollaborating with the Marketing and Sales team on Graphic Design projects and requirements. \nCreating and designing various materials for digital and print, e.g. social media, events, advertising, etc. \nCreating visualizations and mock-ups for early-stage design ideas. \nEditing photography (office and team images) for use in design. \nChecking design for errors. \nImplementing feedback and changes as required. \nFollowing established Brand Guidelines to select colors, fonts, images, and layouts. \nWorking with a wide range of media and graphic design software. \nManaging multiple projects within design specifications and deadlines. \nWorking with the team to prioritize projects and design requirements. \nEnsuring projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product. \nIn time, developing new approaches for creating graphic design options for the client brand. \nVideo Design & Edit\nWorking with the Marketing and Sales team on Video Design and Editing projects and requirements. \nCreating short-form videos for the client brand for digital usage, e.g. customer testimonial videos, social media clips, etc. \nEditing and clipping videos for digital usage. \nImplementing feedback and changes as required. \nFollowing established brand Guidelines to select colors, fonts, images, layouts, and video style. \nChecking videos for errors. \nHelping with video storyboards and concept ideas.\nWHAT WE LOOK FOR\nEducation: College degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or any related field. \nExperience: 1-3 years of experience in Production, Graphic Design, or any related roles. \nKnowledge of layouts, graphic and video fundamentals, typography, print, and web. \nExperience with print, digital, and video media.\nUnderstanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design. \nUnderstanding of video encoding formats and aspect ratios. \nUnderstanding of video sound quality. \nProficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) \nProficient in programs such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and other Video Editor tools (e.g. Veed, Vimeo or similar).\nExperience with Canva is ideal \nWHAT WE OFFER\nSalary Range: PHP 70,000 - 75,000 \nIndustry: Marketing\nWork Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA) \nWorkdays: Monday through Friday (USA) \nBENEFITS OF WORKING WITH US\nIndustry-leading salary packages \nPermanent work-from-home setup \nCompany equipment provided \nGovernment-mandated benefits employer share\nInternet stipends upon regularization \nHMO Coverage upon regularization (with an option to enroll as early as Day 1)\nPTO credits and service incentive leaves \nMajor spring and winter company live events \nMonthly employee appreciation virtual events \nCompany-provided career skills training courses \nA company culture focused on your personal and professional growth\nWHO WE ARE\nDCX stands out as a leading BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company that takes pride in assisting growth-focused small and medium-sized businesses across the United States to discover the perfect global talent to enhance their teams.\nAt DCX, our core beliefs center around fostering growth and making hiring easy.
