The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Graphic Designer is responsible for producing visually compelling digital assets that support Company Stores, on-demand programs, marketing campaigns, and client presentations. This role creates product imagery, banners, promotional graphics, mockups, and branded collateral that elevate the customer experience and align with client brand standards.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Digital Asset Creation

• Create store banners, homepage hero graphics, category graphics, and promotional visuals.
• Produce high-quality product mockups, retouching, and color corrections.
• Design social content, flyers, one-pagers, lookbooks, and digital marketing assets.
• Develop seasonal creative collections for campaigns and store refreshes.

Brand Compliance & Design Standards

• Ensure all visuals meet brand guidelines for color, typography, tone, and layout.
• Maintain consistency across all store and client program assets.
• Refine and update design templates to improve workflow efficiency.
• Support internal Safire brand alignment across creative materials.

eCommerce Store Support

• Prepare optimized graphic assets for Shopify and Fulfill Engine (FE).
• Assist with creative components of Go-Live preparation, including previews and mockups.
• Support UX/UI-aligned graphic needs such as icons, layout elements, or custom visuals.
• Conduct creative quality assurance to ensure clean, accurate display across devices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with the eCommerce Account Manager on client presentations, previews, and marketing materials.
• Support Sales with branded decks and proposal visuals.
• Collaborate with Production to ensure artwork meets print and vendor specifications.
• Coordinate with eCommerce Associates for timely asset uploads and store updates.

Photography Coordination (If Applicable)

• Assist with shot lists, styling requirements, and creative direction for product photography.
• Retouch and edit photos for color accuracy and brand consistency.

Creative Innovation

• Stay current on design trends, eCommerce UX standards, and digital merchandising innovations.
• Recommend new design approaches to improve engagement and visual storytelling.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Experience: 2-5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in eCommerce, retail, or branded merchandise.
• Language Proficiency: Strong communication skills and Ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines accurately.
• Working Schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with Figma or Canva is a plus.
• Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of preparing and optimizing assets for digital platforms.
• Knowledge of product mockups, lifestyle graphics, and marketing collateral.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines.
• High attention to detail with strong aesthetic judgment.
