In this role, you will serve as the day-to-day lead on a high-volume inventory management account supporting more than 20 retail consumer goods brands. You will oversee stock levels, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, manage layered event timelines, and act as the primary client-facing contact. This role is ideal for someone who doesn't just execute tasks but anticipates what's coming, identifies gaps before they become problems, and proactively brings solutions to the table.\nREQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES\nOrganizational & Time Management - Effectively manages multiple brands, shipments, and event timelines while meeting strict deadlines.\nAttention to Detail - Maintains a high level of accuracy in inventory records, shipment tracking, and account documentation.\nCommunication Skills - Communicates clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams across email, calls, and status updates.\nProblem Solving & Analysis - Identifies stock discrepancies and operational gaps early and resolves issues efficiently with recommended next steps.\nAccount & Inventory Management Knowledge - Strong understanding of account management, inventory control, and fulfillment/logistics processes.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nInventory & Fulfillment Oversight\nMonitoring stock levels across 20+ brands and flagging reorder thresholds\nInitiating replenishment before shortfalls occur\nCoordinating inbound and outbound material flow to ensure accurate and timely shipments\nMaintaining an up-to-date, reliable picture of inventory status for the client and internal team\nEvents & Timeline Management\nTracking event-related timelines from kickoff through material delivery\nManaging multiple concurrent workstreams and organizing information shared over weeks of communication\nEnsuring materials are dispatched to the correct location on schedule\nClient Relationship & Account Stewardship\nServing as the primary client-facing contact through consistent, proactive communication\nAnticipating client needs and bringing proposed solutions internally before the client has to ask\nRepresenting the full account in internal discussions, connecting brands, timelines, and logistics streams\nInternal Collaboration, Escalations & Reporting\nActing as the first line of problem escalation and resolution for the account\nEscalating critical issues with context and recommended next steps\nMentoring and training team members on account processes\nContributing to account health reporting, documentation, and process improvements\nWHAT WE LOOK FOR\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.\nExperience: 3-5 years of experience in account management, client services, or operations, ideally in logistics, fulfillment, inventory management, or a related field. \nLanguage Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English communication skills. \nWorking schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. \n Technical Skills:Project management or inventory management experience is required.
