This role is responsible for coordinating vendor deliveries, planning and tracking shipments, maintaining accurate warehouse and order records, and ensuring final products are delivered according to customer requirements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive with follow-ups, and comfortable working independently while managing tight deadlines.\nREQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES\nExcellent ability to organize and coordinate tasks.\n\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\n\nOutstanding organizational and coordination abilities.\n\nStrong follow-up and follow-through skills to ensure outstanding items are completed.\n\nComputer-savvy with a working knowledge of coordination software.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nExperience working with transportation companies\n\nTrack and trace on various LTL provider websites\n\nUpdate the transportation management system\n\nEmail delivery notifications\n\nAlert manager if shipments are delayed\n\nExcel/data analysis would be beneficial\n\nPerform ad hoc duties as assigned.\n\nWHAT WE LOOK FOR\nEducation: College degree in Logistics, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.\n\nExperience: 1-3 years of experience as a freight handler, customer service representative, logistics coordinator, logistics management professional, or in a related role.\n\nLanguage Proficiency: Very proficient in both written and spoken English.\n\nWorking Schedule: Ability to work within US operating hours.\n\nTechnical Skills: Strong computer and internet skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
