In this role, you will oversee day-to-day purchasing, production, and operations, ensuring every order moves smoothly from purchase order through proofing, production, and delivery. You will monitor and track orders against delivery schedules, coordinate with suppliers and vendors, keep client and vendor records accurate, and provide excellent customer service to both internal teams and external customers.\nREQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES\nOrganizational & Time Management - Effectively manages multiple orders and tasks while meeting strict production and delivery deadlines.\nAttention to Detail - Maintains a high level of accuracy in purchase orders, artwork files, order documentation, and client and vendor databases.\nCommunication Skills - Communicates clearly and professionally in spoken and written English with clients, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.\nProblem Solving & Analysis - Identifies order, shipping, and production discrepancies early and resolves them efficiently.\nCustomer Service & Teamwork - Delivers timely, helpful support to internal and external customers and works well as part of a team.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nMonitor orders and the documentation of order confirmations and vendor emails. \nEnsure that POs are accurate and that they are issued to suppliers with the correct client artwork files. \nAssist in contacting suppliers and vendors to receive order status, proof, and tracking information for in-house orders. \nContact vendors for inventory checks, pricing, freight quotes, and lead times. \nCommunicate with clients using email templates for order updates and logistics. \nProvide timely support, research, and feedback on the progress of orders, changes, and customer or vendor inquiries. \nCoordinate shipping and freight arrangements, providing customers with shipment tracking numbers and monitoring shipping reports to ensure all projects are on schedule for on-time delivery. \nMaintaining accurate and up-to-date client and vendor files and databases. \nAd hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above.\nWHAT WE LOOK FOR\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field.\nExperience: 1-2 years of experience in a promotional products, customer service, or order management role.\nLanguage Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English communication skills. \nWorking schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. \n Technical Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).\nProficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive).\nBasic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal.\nAbility and willingness to learn industry-specific software.\nDirect promotional products experience or comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial but not required.\nExperience with promotional products, including item research, ordering, and follow-up, is an advantage.\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.\n\nWHAT WE OFFER\nSalary Range: PHP 45,000 - 48,000 \n Industry: Promotional Products (Branded Apparel, Embroidery & Screen Printing)\nJob Type: Full-time \n Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (USA) \n Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA) \nBENEFITS OF WORKING WITH US\nIndustry-leading salary packages \nPermanent work-from-home setup \nCompany equipment provided \nGovernment-mandated benefits employer share\nInternet stipends upon regularization \nHMO Coverage upon regularization (with an option to enroll as early as Day 1)\nPTO credits and service incentive leaves \nMajor spring and winter company live events \nMonthly employee appreciation virtual events \nCompany-provided career skills training courses \nA company culture focused on your personal and professional growth\nWHO WE ARE\nDCX stands out as a leading BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company that takes pride in assisting growth-focused small and medium-sized businesses across the United States to discover the perfect global talent to enhance their teams.\nAt DCX, our core beliefs center around fostering growth and making hiring easy.
