We’re looking for a Home-Based Production Specialist to support our U.S.-based client in managing daily production operations and order fulfillment. In this role, you’ll oversee purchasing, vendor coordination, and production tracking, ensuring every order is processed accurately and delivered on time.\nREQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES\nOrganized and Detail-Oriented: Manages multiple orders and deadlines efficiently with precision and consistency.\nCommunicative and Collaborative: Builds strong working relationships with internal teams, vendors, and clients through clear communication.\nProblem Solver: Analyzes issues, identifies process gaps, and implements effective solutions.\nProcess-Driven: Ensures smooth order flow by adhering to production standards and continuously improving operational procedures.\nCustomer-Centric: Focused on providing excellent client experiences by ensuring timely, high-quality outputs.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nOrder Entry:\nPlace orders and set up items in the system.\nCreate sample orders\nSend prepayments to vendors and create prebill invoices\nSend order confirmations, artwork proofs, and tracking details to clients. \nOrder Management:\nSubmit purchase orders to vendors\nCoordinate on order details or discrepancies with sales teams to ensure order accuracy and timely resolution of issues.\nMaintain clean and up-to-date order management portals for sales visibility.\nBilling:\nRequest tracking from the vendor\nComplete multi-destination tax adjustment form for sales tax for Accounting (when needed)\nRequest vendor bills when not sent/received on time. \nWork with the sales team to fix vendor bill discrepancies \nWork through the 30-day open order report\nPower User - NetSuite Support:\nAssist with locked order edits\nAssist sales and sales support with general questions\nAssist sales and sales support with troubleshooting order entry or billing challenges\nWork closely with the ERP team to identify problems\nAssist with Sandbox testing after new development or enhancements are launched\nProvide ongoing training companywide\nWHAT WE LOOK FOR\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field. \nExperience: 1-2 years of direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management role. \nLanguage Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. \nWorking schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. \nTechnical Skills:Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. \nBasic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal. \nDirect experience in the promotional industry or comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial. \nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. \nAbility and willingness to learn industry-specific software. \nExperience with promotional products includes item research, ordering, and follow-up. \n\nWHAT WE OFFER\nSalary Range: PHP 43,000\nIndustry: Promotional Products \nJob Type: Full-time \n Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (USA) \n Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA) \n#DCXWorkFromHome Set-up\nBENEFITS OF WORKING WITH US\nIndustry-leading salary packages\nPermanent work-from-home setup\nCompany equipment provided\nGovernment Mandated Benefits Employer Share\nInternet stipends upon regularization\nHMO Coverage upon regularization (with an option to enroll as early as Day 1)\nPTO credits and service incentive leaves\nMajor spring and winter company live events\nMonthly employee appreciation virtual events\nCompany-provided career skills training courses\nA company culture focused on your personal and professional growth\nWHO WE ARE\nDCX stands out as a leading BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company that takes pride in assisting growth-focused small and medium-sized businesses across the United States to discover the perfect global talent to enhance their teams.\nAt DCX, our core beliefs center around fostering growth and making hiring easy.
