This role is responsible for keeping client programs organized by managing day-to-day program operations, rental logistics timelines, supplier coordination, inventory and fulfillment activity, client deliverables, and cross-functional workflows.\nREQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES\nStrong project management, organization, and time-management skills.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, orders, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.\nExceptional follow-through and attention to detail.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to proactively identify issues and take ownership of driving them toward resolution.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nProgram Management\nOwn project schedules, milestones, recurring tasks, deadlines, and follow-up.\nManage onboarding timelines for new programs.\nEscalate strategic, financial, or client-sensitive issues to department leadership when appropriate.\nInventory, Fulfillment & 3PL Coordination\nServe as a primary day-to-day operational contact for third-party logistics and fulfillment partners.\nCoordinate inventory questions, discrepancies, adjustments, and escalations.\nMonitor receiving activity and resolve inbound inventory issues.\nCoordinate fulfillment, shipping, backorder, and delivery issue resolution.\nWork closely with internal Logistics and Production teams to resolve operational challenges.\nMonitor recurring fulfillment issues and identify opportunities for process improvement.\nClient Program Administration\nMaintain schedules for monthly, quarterly, and annual client meetings and program deliverables.\nTrack post-meeting action items and ensure commitments are completed.\nCross-Functional Coordination\nServe as a central point of operational coordination across the Strategic Programs team.\nPartner with Sales during new program transitions and onboarding.\nRental Program Management\nCoordinate rental requests, availability, timelines, shipping, and returns.\nResolve rental-related operational issues.\nMaintain rental program procedures and documentation.\nProcess & SOP Management\nMaintain and improve operational SOPs and recurring workflows.\nDocument new processes as programs and responsibilities evolve.\nIdentify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.\nWHAT WE LOOK FOR\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field. \nExperience: 3-5+ years of experience in project management, program operations, account operations, production, e-commerce operations, fulfillment, promotional products, or related experience.\nLanguage Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills.\nWorking Schedule: Ability to work within US operating hours.\nTechnical Skills:\nExperience maintaining project schedules, order documentation, and recurring operational workflows.\nExperience with project or order management platforms such as CommonSku.\nExperience managing purchase orders and supplier production is a plus.\nExperience with inventory management, fulfillment, shipping, or 3PL operations is a plus.\nE-commerce or online store experience is a plus.\nIndustry Specific Software/Knowledge:\nBranded merchandise, promotional products, print, apparel, or related industry experience is a plus.\nEnterprise or B2B client program experience is a plus.\nClient onboarding and implementation experience is a plus.\nExperience working across U.S. and Canadian operations is a plus.\nComfortable communicating directly with suppliers, vendors, warehouses, and fulfillment partners. \nWHAT WE OFFER\nSalary Range: PHP 50,000\nIndustry: Promotional Products\nJob Type: Full-time\n Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (USA) \n Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)\n#DCXWorkFromHome Set-up\nBENEFITS OF WORKING WITH US.\nIndustry-leading salary packages\nPermanent work-from-home setup\nCompany equipment provided\nGovernment Mandated Benefits Employer Share\nInternet stipends upon regularization\nHMO Coverage upon regularization (with an option to enroll as early as Day 1)\nPTO credits and service incentive leaves\nMajor spring and winter company live events\nMonthly employee appreciation virtual events\nCompany-provided career skills training courses\nA company culture focused on your personal and professional growth\nWHO WE ARE\nDCX stands out as a leading BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company that takes pride in assisting growth-focused small and medium-sized businesses across the United States to discover the perfect global talent to enhance their teams.\nAt DCX, our core beliefs center around fostering growth and making hiring easy.
