Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.\nIdeal Candidates will be\nHighly proficient communicator in both spoken and written English \nExcellent client-facing and internal communication skills \nPossesses strong multi-tasking and prioritization skill sets \nExtremely detail-oriented \nHave a proven history of meeting deadlines \nRole Details\nWork Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA) \nWorkdays: Monday through Friday (USA) \nWritten and spoken English skill: Very Proficient \nSalary Range: 65,000 - 75,000 PHP\nJob Responsibilities\nCoordinating with cross-disciplined team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. \nMeeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues. \nSubmitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards. \nPreparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information. \nEstablishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution. \nFacilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget. \nCoordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients. \nIdentifying and developing new opportunities with clients. \nObtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables. \nManaging customer satisfaction within the project transition period. \nConducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements. \nERP project oversight. \nAd hoc duties as assigned \nAdditional Job Requirements\nEducation: College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field. \nExperience: 5+ years of proven work experience as Project Manager or similar role. \nHighly organized and able to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously. \nWebsite project experience is a plus\nStrong understanding of formal project management methodologies. \nSoftware that will be used\nProficient with Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) \nProficient with Google suite (Google sheets, Gmail etc.) \nProficient with Notion or other similar platforms\nAbout DCX\nDCX is a leading BPO that supports growth minded small and medium sized businesses in the United States.
