You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.\nThe daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.\nIdeal Candidates will be\nDemonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio\n\nAble to give and receive constructive criticism\n\nA keen eye for aesthetics and details\n\nStrong attention to detail\n\nEffective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines\n\n Role Details\nIndustry: Promotions\n\nWork Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)\n\nWorkdays: Monday through Friday (USA)\n\nWritten and spoken English skill: Very Proficient\n\nSalary Range: 30,000-35,000\n\nJob Responsibilities\nResponsible for creating virtual mockups and proofs to support sales staff.\n\nResponsible for vectorizing logos.\n\nResponsible for communicating with clients about layout and design.\n\nResponsible for placing client logos on a variety of hard and soft goods.\n\nResponsible for editing and composing graphics.\n\nResponsible for creating multiple design solutions.\n\nResponsible for reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.\n\nEnsures to coordinate with copywriters and creative director to produce final design.\n\nAd hoc duties as assigned\n\nAdditional Job Requirements\nEducation: College degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or any related field.\n\nExperience: 1-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, or any related roles.\n\nUnderstanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.\n\nExperience with computer-aided design.\n\n Software that will be used\nProficient with Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)\n\nProficient with Google suite (Google sheets, Gmail etc.)\n\nBasic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Canva is ideal\n\n About DCX\nDCX is a leading BPO that supports growth minded small and medium sized businesses in the United States.
