In this role, you will support the sales team with day-to-day administrative, CRM, and business development activities. You will help keep the team organized, ensure that follow-ups and sales activities are properly tracked, and take administrative work off the sales team's plate so they can stay focused on customers and growth.\nREQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES\nOrganizational & Time Management - Effectively manages multiple tasks, calendars, and follow-ups while meeting strict deadlines.\nAttention to Detail - Maintains a high level of accuracy in CRM records, contact data, sales reports, and prospect lists.\nCommunication Skills - Communicates clearly and professionally, both written and verbal, with prospects, clients, and internal teams.\nProblem Solving & Initiative - Proactively identifies gaps in sales data and follow-ups and resolves them efficiently and independently.\nSales Support Knowledge - Strong understanding of the sales process, lead generation, CRM management, and outbound sales activities.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nCRM & Data Management\nMaintaining and updating CRM records, contacts, and sales activity\nSupporting data entry, CRM cleanup, and general data hygiene\nTracking action items and follow-ups from sales conversations\nLead Generation & Business Development Support\nConducting lead and prospect research\nBuilding targeted prospect lists for the sales team\nAssisting with outbound sales activity and follow-up\nSales Coordination & Administration\nManaging calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination\nPreparing basic reports, lists, and sales support materials\nSupporting general administrative needs of the sales team\nSales Team Support\nKeeping the sales team organized and on top of pipeline activity\nAssisting the sales team with other tasks as the role evolves\nWHAT WE LOOK FOR\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.\nExperience: 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Assistant, Sales Support, Sales Coordinator, Business Development Assistant, or a related administrative role. \nLanguage Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. \nWorking schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. \n Technical Skills:Prior experience supporting a sales or business development team is preferred.
