You will be responsible for all backend project management while working closely with end users, sales executives, suppliers, and account managers to ensure a great customer service experience. You will also be responsible for helping the assigned sales executive develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients and connecting with those clients to provide them with promotional product solutions.\nREQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES\nA highly proficient communicator in both spoken and written English \nStrong organizational and time management skills \nStrong customer service orientation \nAbility to prioritize, multitask, be flexible, and meet deadlines \nExcellent problem-solving skills \nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nResponsible for providing customers with information on product pricing, features, and availability. \nResponsible for creating proposals, quotes, and opportunities. \nResponsible for creating presentation formats and compiling data for the preparation of sales presentations. \nResponsible for documenting all order-related activities in various systems. \nResponsible for sending a follow-up with suppliers on orders. \nEnsure up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. \nResponsible for managing a high volume of inbound and outbound emails. \nResponsible for providing general day-to-day customer service to clients and vendors. \nAd hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above \nWHAT WE LOOK FOR\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field. \nExperience: 1-2 years of direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management role. \nLanguage Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. \nWorking schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. \nTechnical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications.
