In this role, you will bridge creative design and product sourcing to support a client-facing sales team. This is not a purely administrative role: you will independently research suppliers, curate promotional product collections, create branded product mockups, and produce polished visual presentations that help close deals, turning client briefs into compelling, ready-to-present product offerings.\nREQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES\nOrganizational & Time Management - Effectively manages multiple sourcing requests, sample tracking, and presentation deadlines with minimal oversight.\nAttention to Detail - Maintains a high level of accuracy in product specs, pricing, PMS colors, logo placement, and brand guideline compliance.\nCommunication Skills - Communicates clearly and professionally with suppliers, the sales team, and clients, both verbally and in writing.\nProblem Solving & Analysis - Turns rough client requests into the right product solutions, and identifies alternatives when budget, stock, or lead times don't fit.\nCreative Design & Sourcing Knowledge - Strong eye for design and product presentation, with working knowledge of vector artwork, Adobe Illustrator, and promotional product supplier networks.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nSource promotional products from key supplier networks, identifying items that match client budgets, branding needs, and industry trends- \nBuild curated collections of product offerings (mood boards, catalogs, presentation decks) for clients and the sales team to review and select from.\nDesign and mockup branded product visuals using Adobe Illustrator, including logo placement, color proofs, and virtual samples- \nMaintain and expand relationships with vendor/supplier contacts to stay current on new products, pricing, and lead times.\nSupport the sales team with proposal materials, pricing sheets, and client-ready presentations\nTrack sourcing requests and product samples through to fulfillment, coordinating timelines with suppliers\nStay current on promotional product trends to proactively bring fresh ideas to the sales team and clients\nWHAT WE LOOK FOR\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Multimedia/Fine Arts, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.\nExperience: 2-5 years of experience in promotional products, merchandising, product sourcing, graphic design, or a related sales-support role.\nLanguage Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. \nWorking schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. \n Technical Skills:Working proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required, expert level not necessary); familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite tools is a plus.\nAbility to identify vector vs. raster files and work with PMS color matching.\nExperience sourcing from supplier/vendor networks (e.g., ASI, PPAI, or similar promotional product platforms).\nFamiliarity with promotional product distributor platforms such as SAGE, ESP, Distributor Central, or commonsku is preferred.\nProficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs, Gmail).\nFamiliarity with print/production proofing and international shipping/import logistics is an advantage.\nBackground in a boutique or full-service marketing/branding agency is a plus.\n\nWHAT WE OFFER\nSalary Range: PHP 45,000 - 55,000 \n Industry: Promotional Products (Branded Merchandise & Marketing Agency) \nJob Type: Full-time \n Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (USA) \n Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA) \nBENEFITS OF WORKING WITH US\nIndustry-leading salary packages \nPermanent work-from-home setup \nCompany equipment provided \nGovernment-mandated benefits employer share\nInternet stipends upon regularization \nHMO Coverage upon regularization (with an option to enroll as early as Day 1)\nPTO credits and service incentive leaves \nMajor spring and winter company live events \nMonthly employee appreciation virtual events \nCompany-provided career skills training courses \nA company culture focused on your personal and professional growth\nWHO WE ARE\nDCX stands out as a leading BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company that takes pride in assisting growth-focused small and medium-sized businesses across the United States to discover the perfect global talent to enhance their teams.\nAt DCX, our core beliefs center around fostering growth and making hiring easy.
