You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our prospects, turning outbound outreach, event follow-ups, and inbound interest into qualified opportunities for our Account Executives. You’ll work closely with both the sales and marketing teams, so you’ll see how a go-to-market engine runs from the inside.\nThis is a high-activity role. You will be responsible for a high volume of coordinated calls and emails for both inbound and outbound leads. The role also entails account research into target accounts as well as learning to interpret and respond to market signals in a timely fashion.\nJob Responsibilities:\nDevelop AI-driven nurture & outbound campaigns to target accounts\n\nFollow up on leads from trade shows, webinars, and other events\n\nQualify inbound leads and route them to Account Executives\n\nCreate and manage opportunities for Account Executives\n\nKeep accurate records in our CRM\n\nPartner with marketing on campaigns, messaging, and feedback from the field\n\nBuild a working knowledge of privacy and cybersecurity so you can speak credibly to prospects\n\nJ ob Requirements: \nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nCompetitive, Persistence, Resilience, and comfort with rejection\n\nCoachability and a strong drive to improve\n\nOrganized, self-directed work habits\n\nCuriosity about technology, privacy, or security (no prior experience required)\n\nSelf motivated with the ability to work alone under limited oversight\n\nThis role requires domestic and international travel.
