You are supportive about providing virtual support with both 1:1 and group education. \nResponsibilities: \nWork alongside the Care Delivery manager to execute patient engagement and coaching protocols on a weekly basis\nEnsure patient’s engagement and participation for both pregnant patients and new mothers\nEnsure patients adhere to recommended care protocols and tracking as defined by the healthcare provider and/or organization\nQualifications: \nDONA (Birth, CD, or CBE), ICEA, CAPPA, or ProDoula certified\nStrong communication and conversational skills\nExperience with Web and mobile technologies\nBilingual in Spanish and English is a bonus\nRegistered in Nevada Medicaid is a bonus\nLive or work in Nevada >= 50% of the time\nExperience and knowledge of Nevada communities is a plus\nTelehealth experience is a plus\nWe value that everyone at Delfina brings a unique background and perspective.
