assigned infrastructure tasks and contribute effectively to day-to-day operations\n\nBuild a strong understanding of the company’s critical systems and infrastructure dependencies\n\nWithin 6 Months\nIndependently handle most of assigned infrastructure tasks\n\nIdentify and assess technical issues independently and propose practical solutions\n\nContribute to infrastructure maintenance, troubleshooting, deployment, and system reliability\n\nWork effectively with Development, Architecture, Security, Data, and other technical teams\n\nWithin 12 Months\nIndependently manage assigned infrastructure responsibilities end-to-end\n\nProactively identify infrastructure risks, problems, and improvement opportunities\n\nInitiate and implement improvements to infrastructure and systems\n\nContribute to ensuring the continuous operation of business-critical systems and the infrastructure team’s ability to support growing business needs\n\nExperience & Technical Skills\nWe are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on infrastructure professional with:\nSolid experience in Linux administration\n\nSeveral years of experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and GitOps tools such as ArgoCD\n\nExperience with self-managed monitoring, alerting, and logging\n\nExperience maintaining and configuring Jenkins CI/CD pipelines\n\nHands-on experience with GCP, Terraform, and Ansible\n\nHands-on experience with self-managed PostgreSQL clusters\n\nSolid understanding of networking principles\n\nProficiency in shell scripting, Python or Go\n\nWhat You Will Work On\nMaintain and continuously improve infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code\n\nInstall, upgrade, maintain, and test disaster recovery and backups for self-managed PostgreSQL clusters\n\nOversee and optimize Kubernetes cluster operations and deployment pipelines\n\nBuild, maintain, and troubleshoot Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and build automation\n\nWork closely with development teams to support feature
