The ideal candidate brings strong engineering fundamentals, a builder's mindset, and a passion for using AI to improve how work gets done\nThis is a highly hands-on role for people who create momentum, operate well in ambiguity, and take ownership without waiting for detailed requirements or perfect conditions.\n\nWhat you will own\nDeeply understand existing workflows, decisions, bottlenecks and manual effort.\nChallenge current processes and redesign them from first principles using AI, automation and human-in-the-loop models.\nConvert ambiguous business problems into clear workflows, experiments and measurable outcomes.\nPersonally build early prototypes and co-build production solutions with product and engineering teams.\nDrive solutions through prototype → pilot → production → adoption, rather than stopping at PoC.\nIntegrate AI agents with Delhivery's operational systems, APIs, data and workflows.\nMeasure impact through productivity, cost reduction, SLA improvement, quality, revenue or customer experience.\nTurn successful patterns into reusable platforms, components and playbooks.\n\nWhat makes someone successful in this role\nYou are an activator.\nYou do not wait for a detailed PRD, dedicated team or perfectly defined problem.
