As the Sales Operations Manager on the Revenue Operations team, you will be responsible for the systems, processes, and data behind our go-to-market motion, while driving global cross-functional projects with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product. You will report to the Head of Revenue Operations. Revenue Operations consists of Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, and Data Insights. We ensure full-funnel accountability by aligning processes, platforms, and people.\nThis role requires 3+ days per week in the San Mateo, California, office. \nWho You Are\nYou have successfully improved internal sales operations, positively impacting the information GTM teams use to drive revenue.\nYou are comfortable communicating with a variety of stakeholders and driving consensus on processes across the GTM functions. You absorb large amounts of information, distill it to the essentials, and communicate with stakeholders up, down, and across.\nYou have experience implementing AI solutions and turn to AI first when approaching your work. You can \"AI pill\" our GTM processes.\nYou have excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills. You bring order and resolve to a fast-paced environment, juggle several projects concurrently, and shift priorities as needed.\nYou are a driver, not a passenger: you operate autonomously, take charge, get it done, and have demonstrated this repeatedly.\nYou stay calm and collected, approaching problems with a forward-thinking mindset.\nYou pay close attention to detail and have successfully delivered on complex projects which improved business outcomes.\nWhat You Will Do\nPartner with our field leaders and their team members to: \nImprove our processes and methodology.\nBuild scalable workflows and rules of engagement within and across teams.\nProvide reports, dashboards, and data insights critical to understanding performance.\nStructure variable compensation plans to correctly incentivize the right motions and playbooks.\n\nYou will have responsibility for Salesforce, LeanData, and Gainsight, including the design and deployment of solutions, process documentation, and enablement.\nYou will work effectively with AI technologies such as Claude and Vercel.\nYou will create solutions that utilize our tech stack to the optimal solution, including how systems work together.\nProcure, implement, and administer other GTM systems as needed by the business.\nWhat You Bring\n6+ years in Sales Operations.\n3+ years at a B2B AI/SaaS growth company.\nActive Salesforce Administration certification required; LeanData or Gainsight certification a plus.\nDemonstrated domain expertise in the GTM tech stack (e.g. HubSpot, RingLead/ZoomInfo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Nooks, Gong, etc).\nHands-on and detailed understanding of playbooks for B2B AI/SaaS.\nExperience working in a Google Workspace environment\nExceptional verbal, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to align multiple stakeholders.\nProven track record of interacting effectively with senior leadership, solving problems proactively, and thinking critically.\nBachelor's Degree required; a STEM degree is a plus, as is an advanced degree or MBA.\nWhat we offer\nWe take care of the people who build the future. To determine our ranges, we utilize a variety of compensation data benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this role is $150,000 - $170,000. This range is specific to the San Francisco Bay market.
