Team members are expected to work from our Mexico City office three days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely on the remaining days.\nJob Summary\nThis position is on the team building StrongDM, now part of Delinea-the universal access management platform that secures and audits access to databases, servers, Kubernetes clusters, and web applications. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will contribute to the architecture, design, development, and deployment of highly concurrent, distributed systems written in Go that proxy and broker secure connections at scale. You will help build the gateways, relays, and control-plane services that authenticate users, broker credentials, enforce least-privilege policy, and produce a complete audit trail-without ever exposing resource credentials to end users. We are deeply security-minded, applying Zero Trust and just-in-time access principles and verifying identities using local credentials or SSO from other providers.
