deployment processes.\nThis is a hybrid role working 3 days per week from our Casablanca office and 2 days from the comfort of your home or a fully remote role for Indonesia, working from the comfort of your home..\nWhat you will do:\nImprove the high availability of our Dockerized microservices to ensure platform stability.\nLaunch and manage services in Kubernetes to scale our global operations.\nDevelop and operate infrastructure via Terraform, promoting automation and standardization practices like GitOps and immutability.\nDeploy releases to production and staging environments while managing the full lifecycle of deployment processes.\nImprove upon our CI/CD pipeline using tools like GitHub Actions to streamline delivery.\nBuild and maintain monitoring tools for logging, performance, uptime, and tracing to improve system observability.\nOptimize database performance and manage backups, restorations, and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) procedures.\nCollaborate with Engineering teams to provide tooling, development support, and post-incident recovery.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of IT security best practices and architecting new features.\nParticipate in the on-call rotation to ensure rapid incident resolution and stakeholder communication under pressure.\nWhat you will bring:\n4+ years of experience in software engineering or DevOps within an agile, fast-paced environment.\n2+ years of hands-on experience with Docker and launching services in Kubernetes.\nTechnical proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and version control systems like Git.\nProven experience with Cloud environments, specifically Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\nExperience with databases, including solid knowledge of NoSQL (MongoDB is a plus).\nUnderstanding of CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or ArgoCD.\nMonitoring experience with tools like New Relic, Grafana, or Datadog to drive product quality.\nKnowledge of Python development and experience with a variety of API standards (REST, JSON-RPC, SOAP/XML).\nFamiliarity with API clients like Postman or Insomnia and various Linux shells including Bash.\nExcellent written and oral communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work
