About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager based in Bergamo.

This is a rare opportunity to become a founding and important member of a growing, well-funded company. You'll collaborate with Italy's most premium and regarded restaurants.

As a member of the regional sales team, you will report to the Sales Lead, and your role will focus on developing new relationships with restaurants and stores.

What you'll be doing

• Gestire l'intero processo di vendita sul territorio di riferimento: mappatura della zona, prospezione, trattativa commerciale e chiusura dei contratti. Diventerai un/a vero/a esperto/a del mercato locale, individuando i locali di tendenza e i brand più richiesti dai clienti.

• Seguire i partner nella fase di onboarding, garantendo loro un'esperienza di ingresso ottimale sulla piattaforma.

• Promuovere e far comprendere il valore della tecnologia Deliveroo ai ristoratori attraverso visite commerciali sul campo, chiamate, e-mail e contatti social.

• Gestire le obiezioni e supportare i titolari dei locali nel superare eventuali esitazioni.

• Rappresentare l'azienda partecipando a eventi, meet-up e fiere di settore.

Requirements

• Spiccata attitudine commerciale e consolidata esperienza nella vendita / sviluppo business (B2B).

• Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali, con esperienza nella gestione dei clienti sia di persona sia da remoto (telefono ed e-mail).

• Capacità di presentare prodotti e soluzioni digitali evidenziandone il valore aggiunto per il cliente.

• Forti competenze negoziali e orientamento al risultato.

• La conoscenza delle dinamiche del settore Ristorazione / Ho.Re.Ca. rappresenta un importante plus.

• Determinazione, tenacia e resilienza.

Compensation

• CCNL applicato: Commercio e Terziario
• Inquadramento: 4° Livello
• Retribuzione Target TOTALE (OTE): 35.200 € - 44.000 € lordi all'anno al raggiungimento del 100% degli obiettivi.
• RAL Base: 17.200 € - 26.000 € lordi all'anno. La proposta salariale effettiva terrà conto dell'esperienza maturata, delle competenze tecniche e della posizione di partenza nel mercato.

The total target compensation (OTE (On-Target Earnings), ovvero la retribuzione totale prevista al raggiungimento del 100% degli obiettivi) for this role is €35,200 - €44,000 gross per year, of which the base salary range is €17,200 - €26,000. The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed above and is determined based on a number of job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

This position is not eligible for consideration for an equity/RSU grant.

The successful candidate's starting total target compensation (On-Target Earnings) for this role will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on a number of job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. This compensation is composed of a percentage based split between base salary and variable pay (where the base salary represents a percentage of the total range below. Eligible employees may earn variable compensation if they meet 100% of their performance targets. Actual earnings may be higher if targets are exceeded or lower if targets are not fully met.

Pay Range:

€35.200—€44.000 EUR
