Deliveroo's Enterprise Systems Engineering team builds and runs the tools our employees use every day: Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, identity, and device management. We lean toward building: less "click through the admin console," more writing the automation, integrations, and services that make those platforms work at scale. The team's priorities span a few ongoing areas of work, including: Platform consolidation and integration as Deliveroo continues to grow, including through acquisition. Employee-focused AI tooling that helps people work more efficiently. The communication and collaboration platforms the whole company relies on (Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, and similar). Building tools and automation that remove manual work from how the team and company operate. You'll bring real technical strength in one or more of these areas.
