This includes increased seniority, clearer regional ownership, and stronger execution across Inner and Outer Paris.\nThe Senior Client Partner - Paris Inner Ouest role is a newly strengthened position, designed to combine strategic partner leadership, regional ownership, and organisation building.\nThe Role\nAs a Senior Client Partner, you'll lead a team of Account Management Lead, Senior Account Manager and Account Manager and you will report to the Regional Director of Paris, part of the Commercial team. The position is based in Paris. \nYou are accountable for the growth and performance of strategic brand portfolios across one of Paris’ most critical zones. You will act as the senior commercial owner for your territory, ensuring alignment between Paris-wide strategy and local execution. Beyond partner management, this role plays a central part in aligning the organisation to business challenges and ambitions. You will design, lead, and continuously evolve the account management setup to ensure the right level of seniority, coverage, and execution quality across the territory. \nThis is a senior leadership role with direct impact on revenue, partner satisfaction, and team development.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Lead Commercial Strategy & Execution Excellence \nOwn the end-to-end growth of brand portfolios within your Paris Inner cluster\n\nEnsure 5 account management standards across the team, with clear portfolio sizing\n\nBuild and maintain relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders\n\nLead contract negotiations, renewals, and upsell strategies\n\nCreate and execute joint business plans addressing partner growth, profitability, and operational performance\n\nAct as a trusted advisor, providing insights on Deliveroo capabilities, competitors, and market trends\n\nResponsible for a commercial initiative for Paris : engage team, drive performance and proactively adjust structure, focus, or processes\n\n2. Regional & Portfolio Ownership\nOwn a zone cluster, defining and executing the strategy to win\n\nTranslate Paris-wide and national priorities into clear, actionable regional strategies\n\nImprove Client Value Proposition (CVP) across the territory in collaboration with other commercial departments\n\n3. Talent Development & Succession\nLead and develop a team of up to 10 AMs / SAMs, either directly or through mid-management\n\nCoach and mentor high-potential talent, building a strong internal succession pipeline\n\n4. Cross-Functional Leadership\nPartner closely with Operations, Marketing, Product, Strategy, and Finance\n\nRepresent your portfolio and organisation in Paris and France leadership forums\n\nInfluence roadmap and prioritisation through structured partner and market feedback\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nExperience\n10+ years in commercial, client partnership, or account management roles\nProven experience managing complex, strategic brand portfolios\nDemonstrated success leading multi-layered teams in fast-paced environments\nExperience in F&B, Hospitality, Retail, FMCG, or Marketplace businesses preferred\nStrong commercial and financial acumen (P&L understanding)\nExcellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills\nAbility to design and scale organisations and coverage models\nData-driven, structured, and execution-focused\nSenior, credible, and resilient leader\nHigh ownership mindset with a bias for action\nComfortable navigating ambiguity and driving change\nPassionate about people development and raising standards\nLife at Deliveroo\nAt Deliveroo, you’ll work on some of the most complex and impactful challenges in local commerce.
