You will serve as the main point of contact, helping them optimize their presence on our platform, grow their sales, and ensure a high level of partner satisfaction.\nWHAT’S ON YOUR PLATE:\nPartner Relationship Management:\nBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing restaurant and vendor partners.\n\nEnsure high partner satisfaction and retention through proactive communication, support, and service excellence.\n\nServe as a trusted advisor, providing partners with insights that support their business growth on the platform.\n\nData-Driven Consulting:\nAnalyze sales, operational, and engagement data to identify areas for improvement in menu performance, pricing, promotions, and delivery logistics.\n\nShare actionable recommendations based on performance metrics to drive revenue and efficiency.\n\nConduct regular business reviews to align on results, opportunities, and growth plans.\n\nAccount Growth & Optimization:\nIdentify growth opportunities within the portfolio - upsell services, suggest cross-promotions, and improve partner performance.\n\nSupport partners in optimizing content (e.g., menu structure, images, delivery times) for better customer engagement and conversion.\n\nRecommend and coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional offers to drive order volume.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration:\nCollaborate closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Logistics, and Operations to address partner needs and resolve issues promptly.\n\nEnsure smooth onboarding, campaign execution, and issue resolution for assigned accounts.\n\nContract Management & Compliance:\nNegotiate and renew commercial agreements to ensure a fair and strategic partnership.\n\nEnsure partners comply with service-level agreements and maintain operational standards, including delivery quality and availability.\n\n WHAT DID WE ORDER:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.\n\n2+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Partner Success (experience in food tech, FMCG, or e-commerce is a plus).\n\nStrong analytical skills; comfortable working with data dashboards and Excel/Google Sheets to analyze performance and generate insights.\n\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.\n\nCustomer-first mindset with a strong focus on delivering value to partners.\n\n*Residency in or relocation to X is a must*\n\nSelf-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.\n\nFluency in X Language is a must\n\nWHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER:\nJoin Our Vibrant Team in Dubai at City Walk, Where Work Meets Innovation and Fun!\nGrow With Us: We're all about growth and recognition, both professionally and personally.
