Leading the implementation of the right assortment, categorization, content, pricing and promotion strategies to win the convenience baskets.\nBE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:\nBe responsible of offering an amazing shopping experience by categorizing & sorting the assortment based on user needs\n\nLeading assortment definition and optimization strategy\n\nDynamic pricing execution and analysis\n\nDefining scalable and reliable processes for content integration with top partners\n\nDevelop, implement and track processes to guarantee content strategy execution\n\nRaising the bar with hero content\n\nPromotions management and cross-selling opportunities\n\nEngage with regional and local teams to implement the global strategy\n\nMandatory documentation: DID (Dichiarazione di Immediata Disponibilità). Must be obtained at least 1 month before the start date, can be obtained by downloading it on MyAnpal if they have Government Digital Identity (SPID).\n Ability to work 40 hours per week during at least 6 months\n\nStrong analytical skills, willing to test and solve problems based on data\n\nGreat interpersonal skills\n\nComfort in working in a high growth and high performance start-up with a fast pace\n\nFluency in English and Italian.
